He is famous for having recorded and mixed the band Aid single “Do they know its Christmas” and arguably raised the first £100 for Band Aid by wearing a silly hat the whole day.

Stuart worked with the likes of Bob Marley and Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Kevin Ayers, Loreena McKennitt, Sheila Chandra and Susheela Raman before going freelance and working all over the world collecting gold and platinum albums along the way.

He has recently composed a number of songs for the Computer Game  ’Syd Meiers’ Railroad’, as well as adding composition skills to the Mishkat Toppam Film in Saudi Arabia.

Currently Stuart is based outside the lovely Georgian town of Bath and has recently been co-writing songs with some of the artists he produces.
