Lady Nade has supported the likes of Zara McFarlane and Vintage Trouble.

She’s performed in countless locations, from underground bars to festival fields, concert venues to European cities.

Lady Nade weaves blues into soul, jazz into folk and country into gospel with a poise that belies her age.

Her distinctive voice has also been in demand in theatre land – such as in Macbeth at the Bristol Old Vic.

She counts amongst her inspiration Nina Simone, Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Joan Armatrading, Amy Winehouse, and Leonard Cohen.

Lady Nade is launching her follow up album single Hard To Forget on Saturday 5th November 2016 at Rise Records Bristol.

“A consumate, confident and relaxed performer… A star is most certainly born” – Mike Davies Fatea Records Reviews

THE MADI STIMPSON TRIO are Madi (guitars and vocals), Ken Moore (guitar) and Andy Wood (double bass).

The Trio play an eclectic mix but with a definite emphasis on the manouche (gypsy jazz) sound made famous by the great Django Reinhardt.

Included in the trio’s set is music from the bebop and jazz masters Charlie Parker, Louis Armstrong, Dave Brubeck and Wes Montgomery, bluegrass legends Tony Rice, Doc Watson and Bryan Sutton and a selection of great Irish and British folk tunes.

Brace yourselves Schtummers – it’s going to be a night bursting with talent and crazy good vibes.
